If you have access to the Access Control module in Back-office, you can see which users have been added to which role/s in Access Control.
NOTE: A user's access in Access Control determines their Back-Office access.
. STEPS:
1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on the System menu.
3. Open the Access Control module.
4. The specific Role name will be displayed at the top:

5. Non-Members
The Non-Members are not a part of the specific role, and do not have access to the modules that members of the specific role, has access to in Back-office. Non-Members of the specific role you are viewing, will be displayed in the Non-Members box on the Left-hand side. In the below example, you'll see that the Non-Members, who do not form a part of the Salesperson role, are: Administrator, Du Plessis, Vashti, Mr. Test, Pieters Willie, Support, Spiralsoft, User 6, User 7, User 8, User 9, Wehemeyer Leon, Zane Jack, ZZZ Botha Becky, ZZZ Lubbe Lydia, ZZZ ZZZ:
NOTE: Users who have been disabled in User Catalog will continue to be displayed in Access Control, even though they can no longer log into Back-office or Point-of-Sale. For example, we can see in the image below that ZZZ Smart Bob is displayed:But ZZZ Smart Bob CANNOT log into Back-office or Point of Sale because his user has been disabled in User Catalog:

6. Members:
The Members are a part of the specific role, and has the access to the modules that the specific role has access to in Back-office. Members of the specific role you are viewing, will be displayed in the Members box on the Right-hand side. In the below example, you'll see that the Members, who form a part of the Salesperson role, are: Alec Susan, Johnson Jill, ZZZ Smart Bob:
7. Use the Next or Previous buttons in the navigation bar to view each Role:
