If you have access to the Sales Day-end module in Back-office, and the "Allow alter Day-End Procedure cutoff Date and Time" system option is enabled, you will be able to change the Cutoff Date and Time when doing a Day-end.
This method can be used when you would like to "split" transactions into different Day-ends.
NOTE: If transactions are already included on an existing Day-end, they will not be available to include in another day-end. They will only become available once the existing day-end they are included on, is deleted.
FOR EXAMPLE:
- Today is Wednesday, the 25th of August 2021, 17:00, and my last transaction for the day was done at 16:45.
- I have forgotten to complete my Day-end for Tuesday, the 24th of August 2021 (the previous day). My last transaction on 24 August 2021, took place at 18:39.
- To successfully complete the day-end for the 24th of August 2021, I will change the Cutoff Date to 24 August 2021, and I will change the Cutoff Time to 19:00 (after the last transaction on the 24th).
- After completing the Day-end for the 24th of August 2021, I can change the Cutoff Date to 25 August 2021, and the Cutoff time to 17:00, and complete the Day-end.

1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on the Sales menu.
3. Open the Sales Day-End module.
4. Select the Cutoff Date.
5. Select the Cutoff Time.
6. Click on the "Fetch Current" button.
NOTE: Ensure that the correct transactions will be included in the Day-end.

7. Click on the "Do Day-End" button.
8. A system message will be appear: Confirm before do Day-End?
9. Click on "Yes"
10. A system message will appear: Day End ___ completed successfully. You may continue working on another workstation while other Day End procedures are performed, if selected.
11. Click on OK.
12. A system message will appear: Day End for ___ Completed.
13. Click on OK.
