If you have access to workstation options in Back-office, you will be able to set up and customize your printing capabilities within Advantage.


NOTE: Workstation options must be set up on each individual PC. 



1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the System menu.

3. Open the Workstation options module. 

4. Go to the Workstation Settings tab.

5. Select a specific printer for each document type (Invoice, Jobcard, Quote, Picklist, Delivery Note, Report, Sales Order, Purchase Order, GRV and Label):



6. Click on the "POS Print Forms" tab.

7. Select a print form for each document type (Invoice, Jobcard, Quote and Picklist):


TIP: The following are the most common options selected to print on:


Dot Matrix Paper
Select option 12 Continuous No Name (2032x2032mm)
A4
Select option 15 Cutsheet Logo A4 (Laser/InkJet)
Receipt
Select option 19 Epson TM-T88x Receipt (80mm)


8. Click on the "POS Print Forms 2" tab.

9. Select a print form for the document type (POS Delivery Note).

10. Click on the "Tab" button on your keyboard.
