1. Ensure that the image is saved on your PC (it must be in an image format, for example: JPEG, PNG)


NOTE: If your image has a white background, you can crop some of the white background to remove it from the image, for example:


2. First, click on the file:


3. Then, right-click on the file:




4. Hover your mouse over "Open with":

5. Click on Paint:


6. The image will open in Paint. 

7. Click on the "Resize" button, in the top bar:


8. The "Resize and Skew" window will be displayed.

9. Select "Pixels"

10. Enter the Horizontal OR Vertical size (Depending on your aspect ratio).


  • The maximum Horizonal size: 484 Pixels
  • The maximum Vertical size: 94 Pixels


 



12. Click on OK.

13. Click on the "File" tab. 

14. Click on "Save as":

15. Select the folder you would like to save the image in.

16. Type the File name as: Invoice Logo

17. Click on the "Save as type" drop-down, and select "JPEG (*.jpg;*.jpeg;*.jpe;*.jfif)




18. Click on the "Save" button.
