If you have access to Customer Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 324. 


This report shows a combined statement of every transaction of a customer posted to the ledger in a specific period of time. 


1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu. 

2. Open the Customers menu. 

3. Click on Customer Reports.

4. Select Report 324 - Customer Product Bin Sales, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button.

6. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report. 

7. This report can be filtered by the following: 

To view the statements for ALL customers, tick the "All, or select a Customer" checkbox OR
to view the statement for a specific customer, untick the "All, or select a Customer" checkbox and select a customer name from the drop-down list
Transaction Date:

Select your transaction from and to dates.
To view the statements for ALL bins, tick the "All, or select a Bin" checkbox OR
to view the statement for a specific bin, untick the "All, or select a Bin" checkbox and select a customer name from the drop-down list.

Show Exceptions Only
Customers sales where product bin not linked to customer
Sort Options:

Sort by Transaction Date
Sort by Transaction Number
Sort by Customer Name
Sort by Product Code
Sort by Product Description
Sort by Product Bin
Query Timeout:

Enter Query Timeout


8. Click on the Fetch button. 

9. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
