If you have access to Sales Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 320.


1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu. 

2. Open the Sales menu. 

3. Click on Sales Reports

4. Select report Report 320 - Customer Transaction Listing, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report. 

7. This report can be filtered by the following:

Report Date:

Select Report Date
Transaction Dates:

Select From and To dates
Transaction Types:

all or
Invoices or
Refunds or
Payments or 
Journals or
Interest or
Settlement
Sort Options:

Sort by Date Captured or
Sort by Transaction Date or
Sort by Transaction Number or
Sort by Customer Name
Select or unselect 

Only Active Customers
Query Timeout:

Enter Query Timeout


8. Click on the Fetch button.

9. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
