If you have access to Product Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 219.


1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu. 

2. Open the Products menu. 

3. Click on Product Reports.

4. Select report Report 219 - Inventory Replenishment Analysis, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report. 

7. This report can be filtered by the following: 

Product Filters:
Select one and choose from the drop down list

Type or
Group or
Department or
Supplier or
Manufacturer or
Sales Area or
Sales Person 
Product Sort Order:
Product Description or
Product Code
Product Report Options:
Tick or Untick;

Active Products Only
Exclude Non-Stock Items
Exclude Inter-Company 
SQL Query Timeout:
Enter timeout value


8. Click on the Fetch button. 

9. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
