If you have access to Customer Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 304.



1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu. 

2. Open the Customers menu. 

3. Click on Customer Reports.

4. Select report 304 - Customer Listing, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report.  

7. Select Period Procedure (Month-end procedure) from the drop-down list. 

8. The following display / print options are available:


Filter tab 

If required fill in the following fields:
Name/Surname
Customer number
Credit limit
Street/Suburb/City
Telephone numbers
Telephonic addresses


Select the following:  
From start date
To start date


Tick or untick the following: 
By unticking the box you'll enable the dropdown list.

All, or select Customer status
All, or select Account status
All, or select Customer group
All, or select Customer type
All, or select Sales person
All, or select Sales area   

Show fields tab

Select the fields you require:
Name/surname
Trading/First name
Initials- Titles
Customer number - ID
ID/Reg No - V.A.T No
Head Office - Merchant/WH No
Postal Address
Street Address
Delivery Address
Telephone Work - cell
Telephone Home - Fax
Email account - Web site URL
Contact Email - Name
Principal Name - Surname
Principle Cell - Email
Activation Date - Status
Account Type - Status
Credit limit - Ref
Customer Type - Group
Sales person - Area
Sort order tab

Select the fields you require:
Name/Surname
Trading/First Name
Customer Number
Credit limit
Street City
Street Suburb
Post Office
Post Code
Activation Date
Account Status
Account Type
ID/Reg No
V.A.T No
Head Office
Customer Status
Customer Type
Customer Group
Salesperson
Sales Area 


9. Click on the Fetch button. 

10. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
