If you have access to the User Catalog in Back-office, you can change user Rights Profile settings.
1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on the System menu.
3. Open the User Catalog.
4. On the Users tab, click on the filter button in the navigation bar. A list of users will appear.
5. Select a user from the list.
6. Change the "Is a Data Exporter" drop-down option to "Yes":
7. Press "Tab" on your keyboard.
