If you have access to E-mail and SMS Marketing in Back-office, you will be able to export all the information that has been captured (entered) into the Advantage application (both Point of Sale and Back-office). 




STEPS:


1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Sales menu.

3. Open the E-mail and SMS Marketing module. 

4. Go to the "Select Customers" tab. 

5. Select the "Search Customers" option. 

6. Select the "All Customers" option. 

7. Select a "From" and "To" date.

8. Click on the Fetch button.

9. Right-click on the list:

10. Select the "Export All to Excel" option. 

11. Select the folder you would like to export the file to.

12. Type the File name. 

13. Click on the Save button. 

14. A system message will appear: Excel export will now be started. Exporting large datasets may take several minutes to complete. Do you wish to continue?

15. Click on Yes

16. A system message will appear: Excel export has been completed. 

17. Click on OK
