If you have access to System Options and workstation options in Back-office, you will be able to customize and change your print preview options within the system.



NOTE: If a document has been selected to print on a receipt, no print preview will be displayed.

1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the System menu.

3. Open the System options module. 

4. Take note of the following:

  • The " Display in Print Viewer before printing" option must be selected:
  • The "Print all Customer Account Type = Cash transactions on POS Receipt Printer" option must NOT be selected:
