If you have your own access (username and password) to Point of Sale, and the other person/ user has been added as a rep in the Lookup Editor, you will be able to create an invoice, ProForma, Quote, Job Card, Refund, Sales Order or Consignment Note on their behalf. They will be listed as the Salesperson, and you will be listed as the Cashier.

1. In Advantage Point of Sale, click on the Sales Rep F4 button.
2. Select the correct salesperson from the list:
