1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Products menu.

3. Open the Product Catalog module. 

4. Click on the insert button in the navigation bar, this will clear all the fields on the current screen: 

5. Complete the following field: 

  • Product Description 
  • Default Supplier
  • Product Code

6.  Select the specific criteria from the drop down list on the following fields:

  • Type
  • Group
  • Department
  • Location 
  • Purchase Category
  • Manufacturer
  • Default supplier
  •  Active
NOTE: Ensure that the the product is enabled, otherwise it will not show on the system.


7. Click on the save button in the navigation bar:


NOTE: You will not be able to change the fields indicated with a light blue background.
