NOTE: You will only be able to log into the Spiralsoft website if you have already been added as a user in Advantage Back-office/ Point-of-Sale.

STEPS: 



1. Open a web browser on your PC, for example: Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc. 

2. Go to the following website: https://www.spiralsoft.co.za/

3. Click on the Login button: 



4. Enter the same e-mail address that has been listed on your user profile in Advantage Back-office, into the first field:



NOTE: You can find your e-mail address by following these steps:

A. Search for the name in User Catalog. If you would like to know how, click on the following link: How do I search for users?
B. In User Catalog, go to the "Users" tab.
C. The user's e-mail address can be found:



5. Enter the same password In the "SPIRALSOFT MEMBERS AREA" that you use to login to Back-Office:




6. Click on the Log In button:
