If you have access to the Stock Take module in Back-office, you will be able to delete the stock take. 

NOTE: Once a Stock Take has been completed and has been posted, you will not be able to post it again. You can then delete the Stock Take.

NOTE: Deleting a stock take that has been posted will not undo/ reverse the stock take. 

1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the Products menu. 

3. Open the Stock Take module.  

4. Go to the "Reconcile a Stock Take" tab. 

5. Click on the filter button in the navigation bar:

12. Select the Stock Take you would like to delete from the picklist fly-out.

13. The Menu Bar at the top indicates which Stock Take is selected:14. Click on the delete button in the navigation bar:

15. A system message will appear: Are you sure you want to delete ___Stock Take?

16. Click on "Yes"
