If you have access to Customer Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 301. 


This report shows a combined statement of every transaction of a customer posted to the ledger in a specific period of time. 


1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu. 

2. Open the Customers menu. 

3. Click on Customer Reports.

4. Select report 301 - Customer Statements - Cut Sheet Blank A4, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. Select a Statement Period from the drop-down list.


NOTE: In order for the customers to be updated to the next accounting period on the system and for the system to take an accounts receivable snapshot, a Customers Month-End procedure must be completed.

7. The following options are available:

To view the statements for ALL customers, tick the "All, or select a Customer" checkbox OR
to view the statement for a specific customer, untick the "All, or select a Customer" checkbox and select a customer name from the drop-down list. 
To view statements for ALL customers, including customers with a zero balance (0), tick the "Show ZERO Balance Statements" checkbox OR
to only view customer statements for customers with a balance, untick the "Show ZERO Balance Statements" checkbox.


8. The following display or print options are available:

  • Select ONE of the following options:

- Print Company Name:

- Print Company logo image:

  • If both the "Print Company logo image" and "Print Company Name below logo image" was selected:
  • Print Company Address:
  • If both the "Print Company Name" and "Print Company Trading Name" has been selected.

  • If the "Print Company logo image", "Print Company Name below logo image" and "Print Company Trading Name" options have been selected.
  • Print payments received this month:
  • Print payment allocations this month:
  • Print Graphics option has been selected:
  • Print Graphics option has NOT been selected:


9. If a statement message has been selected from the "Select Statement message" drop-down, the message will be displayed that the bottom of the statement. For example, if you would like to add your banking details to the statement:

10. Click on the Fetch button. 

11. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
