If you have access to Product Reports in Back-office, you will be able to view report 215.
This report allows you to see the value of your stock. A stock valuation is used to check the physical verification of the quantities and condition of items held in an inventory or warehouse. This may be done to provide an audit of existing stock. It is also the source discrepancy information.
NOTE: With each month-end procedure that is completed, the system automatically creates a Stock Valuation:
1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.
2. Open the Products menu.
3. Click on Product Reports.
4. Select report 215 - Stock Valuation by clicking on it.
5. Click on the "Show Report" button.
6. Select a stock valuation from the drop-down list:

7. This report can be filtered by the following:
Product Filters: Type or Group or Department or Supplier or Manufacturer or Location |
Level of Detail: Level 1: least amount of detail or Level 2: a bit more detail than level 1 or Level 3: a bit more detail than level 2 or Level 4: the most detail. |
Only items with Qty On Hand (recommended) |
Exclude Non-Stock items (recommended) |
Assign Secondary Cost if Primary Cost is zero |
8. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report.
9. Click on the Fetch button.
10. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
