If you have access to System options in Back-office, you will be able to make changes to the types of documents users are able to save in Point of Sale.
1. In Advantage Back-office, click the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on the System menu.
3. Open the System options module.
4. Go to the POS 2 tab.
5. Choose which document types you would like to prevent users from saving by ticking the checkbox/es:
6. Press the "Tab" button on your keyboard.
7. Click on the Save button in the navigation bar:
8. A system message will appear: Options Save successful.
9. Click on OK.
NOTE: For the change to take effect, close the Point of Sale application on ALL the computers, and log back in.
