If you have access to Product Reports in Elite, you will be able to view report 216.


1. Click the left Hamburger menu icon. 

2. Open the Products menu. 

3. Click on Product Reports.

4. Select report  Report 216 - Stock Valuation Movement, by clicking on it. 

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. You can change the report date that will reflect on the report. 

7. This report can be filtered by the following: 

Filter by:
Type or
Group or
Department or
Supplier or
Manufacturer or
Location

Detail Level:
Level 1: least amount of detail or
Level 2: a bit more detail than level 1 or
Level 3: more detail than level 2. 

Filter Options:

To select the Filter Option you want to select, simply switch on the toggle. When it’s on, the round part will move to the right and change color.

Only items with Qty On Hand
Exclude Non-Stock items
Assign Secondary Cost if Primary Cost is zero

Report Date:
Select a report date

 

8. Click on the Fetch button. 

9. This report can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel and Acrobat PDF.
