Users with access to the Reports section in Elite will be able to view the available reports.

These are the basics on how to use a report effectively. 


1. Click the Hamburger menu icon located on the left side of the screen. 

2. From the list of available menus, choose one of the following options:  Sales, Products, Customers, Suppliers, Accountant, Manager, System

3. In the selected menu, open the Report Module from the dropdown.
    Example options include:

  • Sales Day-End Reports

  • Sales Admin Reports

  • Sales Report

4. Select the report you would like to view:

5. Click on the "Show Report" button. 

6. The report screen will open. 

7. Each report will have the following buttons:


Save Button:
To open the Save as option.
Print Button:
To open the printing options.
Rotate counterclockwise and Rotate clockwise Button:
To rotate the page.
Previous page and Next page Button:
To display the previous page or to go to the next page.
Page number: 
Shows the page number you are viewing, and the total amount of pages. 
Zoom In Button:
To adjust the display of the report so that it seems to be bigger, and to get a closer view
Zoom Out Button:
To adjust the display of the report so that it seems to be smaller, and to get a wider view.
Zoom Level:
Sets the zoom/ magnification for the display as a percentage.
Fit to window with and enable scrolling:
Allows you to fit the page to the window and enables the scrolling function.
Fit one full page to window Button: 
Fits the full page view to the window.
Text Selection Button:
To copy all the content from the page. The content can be pasted on another file. 


8. Each report will have different, if any, filter options. 

9. Click on the Fetch button.


NOTE: Once you have already clicked on the Fetch button, and you change any of the filter options on the same report, you will have to click on the Fetch button again. 


10. Most of the reports can be exported to the following file formats: Microsoft Excel, Acrobat PDF and Text CSV.
