If you have access to the Document Reprint screen in Elite, you can reprint a selected customers document.


1. Click the left Hamburger menu icon.

2. Click on the Customers menu.

3. Open the Document Reprint module. 

4. Click on the Selected Customer Transaction History Tab.


5. Click on the filter button in the navigation bar.


6. Select the specific time period by selecting the From and To date drop down list.

7. Select the document type from the Type drop down list.

8. Click Fetch. 


9. To print the document:

  1.  Click on the row selector of the required document.
  2.  Click on the Re-Printer Document icon.  
  3.  A print preview of the document will appear.
  4.  After printing the document, close the window. 


10. To Export to PDF:

  1. Click on the row selector of the required document.
  2. Click on the Export to PDF.
  3. A message will appear indicating the location where the document will be exported. Please take note of this location. 
  4. When prompted with "Confirm Export Document?", click Yes to proceed. 
  5. Once the export is complete, a confirmation message "Export Complete" will appear. Click OK
  6. Navigate to the location mentioned in Step c to access the exported document. 


12. To Email document:

  1. Click on the row selector of the required document.
  2. To select (if intended to use) E-mail Terms and Conditions, Print as a Copy or Print Delivery Note, simply switch on the toggle. When it’s on, the round part will move to the right and change color.
  3. Select the appropriate email address from the dropdown list, or manually enter the required email address. 
  4. Click on the E-mail Documents.
  5. Confirm by clicking yes to the question "Confirm to Email Document?"


NOTE: Journals, Interest Journals and Settlement discounts can not be reprinted.
