If you have access to the Customer Catalog screen in Elite, you can view a customers payment history.


1. Click the left Hamburger menu icon.

2. Click on the Customer menu.

3. Open the Customer Payments module. 

4. Click on the Payment History Tab.

5. Click on the filter button in the navigation bar to select a customer.

6. Select the transaction type from the Transaction type drop down list.

7. Select the specific time period by selecting the From and To date drop date pickers. 

8. Click Fetch.
