If you have access to the Customer Catalog module, you can search for customers.
1.Click the left Hamburger menu icon.
2. Click on the Customer menu.
3. Open the Customer Catalog module.
4. Click on the filter button in the navigation bar:
5. The filter window will be displayed.
6. Type the search criteria in the search bar at the top of the picklist fly-out.
NOTE: You can search the following: 1. The customer's name, or a part thereof:2. The customer ID, which is system generated and cannot be changed:
3. The Customer number:
7. Press the "Enter" button on your keyboard.
8. The row selected will go to the typed search criteria
9. Double Click on the customer in the filter window that you want displayed. The filter window then closes and the information of the selected Customer is displayed.
10. To exit "Filter" mode when you do not want to use it anymore, click on the filter button in the navigation bar:
