Due to paper sizes being so different, ranging from A4 to customized invoice paper, sometimes you will need to manually create a print paper size to accommodate the paper that you have purchased. Below you will find a tutorial as to how you would create a custom print paper size for Advantage documents:
- Go to your Devices and Printers settings.
- Left-click on your installed Dot Matrix printer, and select "Printer Server Properties" at the top of the window.
- Tick the "Create a new form" checkbox.
- In the Form Name box, type "Invoice". (This name can be whatever you prefer it to be)
- Under Paper size at the bottom of the window, you will need to adjust the Width and the Hight of the paper size.
- For Advantage customers, there are two options to choose from to ensure that documents such as invoices and quotes print correctly on invoice paper, and these are as follow:
- 20.32cm (w) x 20.32cm (h)
- 21.60cm (w) x 20.32cm (h)
- After inserting the appropriate values, click on "Save Form".
- There you go, you have now created your own custom print form size.
