Due to paper sizes being so different, ranging from A4 to customized invoice paper, sometimes you will need to manually create a print paper size to accommodate the paper that you have purchased. Below you will find a tutorial as to how you would create a custom print paper size for Advantage documents:


  1. Go to your Devices and Printers settings.
  2. Left-click on your installed Dot Matrix printer, and select "Printer Server Properties" at the top of the window.
  3. Tick the "Create a new form" checkbox.
  4. In the Form Name box, type "Invoice". (This name can be whatever you prefer it to be)
  5. Under Paper size at the bottom of the window, you will need to adjust the Width and the Hight of the paper size.
  6. For Advantage customers, there are two options to choose from to ensure that documents such as invoices and quotes print correctly on invoice paper, and these are as follow:
    1. 20.32cm (w) x 20.32cm (h)
    2. 21.60cm (w) x 20.32cm (h)
  7. After inserting the appropriate values, click on "Save Form".
  8. There you go, you have now created your own custom print form size.
