If you are experiencing issues with printing specific reports, Follow the below methods to resolve the issue.

METHOD 1: Make sure the printer is online.

Your printer might appear offline if it can't communicate with your PC. Here are some things to try to get your printer back online.

  1. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC. Your printer's built-in menu should show which network it's connected to, or check your printer's manual for more info.
  2. Verify that your printer is not in Use Printer Offline mode. Select Start  > Settings  > Devices > Printers & scanners. Then select your printer > Open queue. Under Printer, make sure Use Printer Offline is not selected.
  3. If these steps don't put your printer back online, then read the following article to assist.

METHOD 2: Make sure the appropriate printer is selected in the Workstation Options.

Sometimes the issue can be that the printer that was selected in the workstation options is no longer available, or is offline. Make sure that the printer you want to connect and print to is showing in the drop-down menu under each document type.

METHOD 3: Make sure you have an A4 printer selected as your default printer.

Make sure that your default printer is set to an A4 compatible printer to ensure that the reports print in the correct format. If a default printer is not selected, Windows automatically manages the printers, which might cause an undesired outcome.

To do this, go to your Device & Printer Settings > Right-click on the A4 compatible printer (Microsoft Print to PDF would also work) > And select "Set as Default Printer.

METHOD 4: Reinstall the printer.

If you are struggling to print your reports, it might be printer related, where the printer is no longer functioning as it should. Please follow the below article that shows step by step how to reinstall a printer.
